Hospice Services Overview

In this presentation, Hospice of Southern Maine will discuss what is involved in hospice care, the best time to choose hospice support, the interdisciplinary team, who pays for hospice services, palliative care vs. hospice care, what benefits are available including equipment and supplies and requesting an informational visit. They will do their best to answer any questions you might have about hospice care at home and review types of care provided at an inpatient hospice facility.
