Join us for a special event dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and well-being! Meet the organizations in our community who are providing valuable resources and support for mental health and wellness.

This program will be done outside on the York Public Library grounds. Weather permitting. Meet in the Lower Lobby outside the Children's Room. 

Naturally, storytimes already help with social connections and build literacy skills in a fun interactive way.

Join Katherine Michaud, MS, OTR/L, Community Care Director for Cornerstone VNA, for an introduction to anxiety, the most common mental health disorder in the United States.

Climb, play, balance and enjoy positive playtime at this drop-in program. This program is suggested for 6 months - 2 years and their caregiver.

Get the support you need. Meet safely with others for supportive, meaningful discussion led by a trained facilitator. For caregivers or for people living with early memory loss.

Join some of our canine crew for cuddles and comfort. We’ll also have some other calming activities in our cozy sunroom corner. Pop by and see which pup is visiting the Library this month! They are great listeners - snuggle up or read to them.
