Librarian Barb will share a story with animal yoga moves and York Land Trust’s Miss Amelia will guide you through more mindful stretches.
This is an OFF-SITE program. Plan ahead! Optional: wear your boots and enjoy a walk on the trails after the program. We'll meet at York Land Trust headquarters located at 1 Long Neck Marsh Road in York.
