April is Poetry Month. 

Come unleash your creativity, share your verses, and embrace the power of spoken word at YPLs Poetry Open Mic program.

Whether you’re a seasoned poet or just starting out, this in-person event is the perfect opportunity to share your work and connect with fellow poetry enthusiasts.

Note: There are 15 spots for individuals who would like to read their poetry. There will also be spots for readers who don't register in advance.

Registration in advance highly recommended if you would like to read your poetry at Open Mic. 

You can read an original piece of work or work written by someone else. Each participant will be introduced and have 3-4 minutes to recite their poem.
