College Application Workshop with Cider Hill Advising

Join Meg Martinson from Cider Hill Advising for this one-hour workshop where she will provide an overview of the college application process: timeline, application requirements, campus visits, and what to do over the spring and summer. She will also discuss how to craft a competitive and unique college essay. Attendees will learn why the college essay is so important and how to go through the process of brainstorming, drafting, and revising. A free student packet will also include sample college essays in order to highlight crucial do's and don'ts. The goal of the workshop is to educate and empower students, and give them starter resources for how to write a strong and personalized essay. This program is for high school students and their parents.
