This group meets the second and fourth Thursday of every month in the York Public Library's Wheeler Room. This is open to any and all handcrafters! Bring your own supplies and make friends!

Climb, play, balance and enjoy positive playtime at this drop-in program. This program is suggested for 6 months - 2 years and their caregiver. 

Join us for rhymes, songs and a story, followed by social playtime. We'll work on developing social, literacy and motor skills in this program series designed for babies and toddlers (birth - 2), with their caregivers.

This is a casual gathering of individuals interested in having a civil discussion about the week's events.

Every Monday morning at 10:30.  Bring your Little ones to tinker, build and play!  Miss Jo will read a story and then send the little engineers off to various stations to be creative with some fun new manipulatives.

Join library staff or volunteers to take a walk around town. We’ll start from the library lobby and try out a variety of different routes. The group will set the pace together.

This casual writing group is an opportunity to come together with other individuals to pursue the art or craft of writing. We offer one another feedback, support and encouragement.

Connect with fellow book lovers to chat about newly released or soon-to-be-published titles.  Choose a book from our collection of advanced reader copies (available behind the Circulation Desk) or bring along any recent read.

Join York Land trust and York River Stewardship Committee's Watershed Program Coordinator Jennifer Hunter and Maine Master Naturalist Sally Harold for a salt marsh exploration at York Land Trust's Smelt Brook Preserve.
