The "Want to be a Landlord?" webinar will be moderated by YCSA's Housing Innovation Manager, Amber Harrison who will introduce the Landlord Engagement Initiative. She will be joined by Elaine Richer from Maine hoMEworks, who will cover landlord responsibilities, and Mike Spalding from Pine Tree Legal who will review tenant-landlord laws in Maine and resources.  Julie Vanderpool, Housing Liaison at Cross Roads House, will share her expertise as a realtor on landlord opportunities and best practices.
