Program Description

Event Details

Ancient cultures used the power of sound for healing in many forms, using chanting, drumming, singing bowls, and a wide range of flutes and other instruments. Realign from within at this musical and vibrational sound bath led by Ankati Day. Bathe in the sounds of quartz singing bowls, each tuned to your chakras, and settle into a restful, meditative state.

This is not just an auditory experience, like listening to music; it is a full-body sensory journey. Sound opens a pathway for rejuvenation and, in some cases, personal insight. The vibrations of each bowl and tone can be felt and observed, and will support you in dropping out of the mind and into the body. For some, it feels like an inner massage. For others, a deep meditation. It is unique to each person, and Ankati will attune the sound bath to the energies and experiences present in the or group.

The general consensus is it feels good. You will emerge feeling more balanced, in flow, and supported. Come as you are, and let the vibrations guide you into deep relaxation and renewal.

This session is open to all. Bring a towel, yoga mat, or blanket, and anything else to make yourself comfortable as you surrender to the transformative power of sound.
