Martha Fenn King returns to York Public Library after her fabulous presentation in August on summer gardening, a focus on flowers. Here is Martha's invitation to the next workshop in our series Martha's Garden Through the Year.

"Let’s talk about the gardening season - what have we experienced and possible solutions to our issues, what needs to get done in the Fall garden and let’s talk about garlic! Garlic planting demonstration will be a part of the presentation. Happy Autumn Gardening!"

Martha is a steadfast gardener whose stunning photos and sage advice once informed readers through her regular gardening column, “Martha's Garden.” Gathering a lifetime of gardening knowledge and lore, Martha’s A Maine Garden Almanac presents a collection of seasonal information, heartwarming insight, poetry, and beautiful imagery. Whether you have a small or large garden, this book will support you through the tougher growing seasons in your garden and life. A Maine Garden Almanac will help you make the most of your garden space.

Martha continues to garden, write, eat and have some fun with family and friends in York, Maine.
