Join Katherine Michaud, MS, OTR/L, Community Care Director for Cornerstone VNA, for an introduction to anxiety, the most common mental health disorder in the United States. Topics in this presentation will include: a discussion of the causes of anxiety; how to discern between anxiety as an emotion and anxiety as a mental health disorder; anxiety management; and tools to help reduce our anxiety and symptoms.  Leave with tips and strategies to better manage your anxiety.
