The "How to Create a Rental Unit" webinar will be moderated by YCSA's Housing Innovation Manager, Amber Harrison with speakers from the fields of municipal planning, code enforcement, building, and realty including Jason Garnham, Kittery's Director of Planning and Development, Heather Ross, York's Assistant Code Enforcement Officer, and Troy Williams, realtor in ME and NH with Williams Realty Partners.  Consider this a step-by-step guide on how to construct a new apartment or retrofit existing space to be a dwelling unit.  Options will include ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), ARUs (Accessory Residential Units), duplexes, mixed use space, multi-phased construction, and others.
