The "How How to Create and Finance an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) " webinar will be moderated by YCSA's Housing Innovation Manager, Amber Harrison who will introduce the Landlord Engagement Initiative Program. She will be joined by a representative from York's planning or code department who will present ADU standards; Fair Tide Executive Director, Emily Flinkstorm who will present Kittery's ADU grant program; and representatives from Northeast Credit Union and Kennebunk Savings Banks who will share information related to their new ADU financing products.
