The "How Zoning Affects Affordable Housing" webinar will be moderated by YCSA's Housing Innovation Manager, Amber Harrison. The following speakers will present on Wednesday, September 18th from 12:00 - 1:00 PM:

DeCarlo Brown, Planner for the Town of York (ME), will discuss current and future zoning laws affecting affordable housing development and planning
Eric Jorgenson of MaineHousing will review upcoming housing laws and the State of Maine's Housing Portal
Ryan Pope, Planner for the Town of Dover (NH), will talk about Dover's innovative housing policies and zoning changes
Town of Kittery (ME) Planning Staff
